The Votaworld.com concept
Global Web Investments via our website http://www.votaworld.com is an unbiased voting system on various local and global topics of great interest. The users will also have access to a statistics page where they can view how many votes were counted per gender, age or location etc.

The main attraction of the website is the pixel page; where the page is filled with colour pixels according to the number of votes. http://www.votaworld.com will be the first website to display an indication of votes in this creative manner.

Complete description of all goods and services on sale via the web site

Each vote will cost R 7.41 (South African Rands), approximately $1°° (US Dollar). The user in turn will have the opportunity to link a small message to the pixel that is added to the pixel page, when the pixel page is viewed and the cursor is dragged over a pixel the message will appear on the screen. The users will not have to divulge any personal information as the votes are anonymous, only general information such as gender, age and location will be necessary for statistical purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Subject to receipt of payment authorized by PayGate (credit card processing facility), the pixel page will be updated with immediate effect. The message that the user entered will also be linked to the new pixel. The statistics page will also be updated with the new entry. Note: No physical delivery is made to the user.

Each user may vote as many times as he or she chooses.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, cards or by bank transfer into the Votaworld.com bank account, the details of which will be provided on request

Credit card transactions will be acquired for http://www.votaworld.com via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rands (ZAR) but is converted in to United States Dollars (USD)

Return and Refunds policy
